Easy King Ranch Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chiles)
1 cup crushed Doritos, cheese flavor preferred *
(I often add some crushed Doritos to the bottom of the baking dish too.)
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese (just Monterrey Jack or Cheddar works, too)
Preheat oven to 350 ̊F.
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix the chicken, soups, Rotel.
Pour mixture into the baking dish and top with the cheese.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take the casserole out of the oven and layer with the crushed Doritos. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until the chips are toasted. Let set 5 minutes before serving
