Last weeks FB Live was on a couple of Baby Wipe Techniques. Below you will find the cards I demoed and ones I made after with my extra demo pieces.
This is the card I shared for the Baby Wipe Technique!
I made this one after the FB live with my leftover demo pieces.
Baby Wipe Step-by-Step
Fold the baby wipe in half, then fold in half again. Place on a craft sheet or paper plate.
Starting with the darkest color of re-inker, start adding drops of it on the baby wipe.
With the second re-inker, add more drops to the wipe.
With the lightest colored re-inker, fill in all the white spaces you have left on the baby wipe
Ink up the stamp using this makeshift inkpad.
Stamp the image on cardstock.
Step 6 (Optional)
If you have a two-step stamp set, stamp the second image over the solid one for a more detailed look.
Striped Wipe Card that I demoed for FB LIVE
Card I made with my left over pieces after the FB Live
Striped Wipe Step-by-Step
Fold a baby wipe and add drops of reinker to the edge of the fold line.
If you want a multicolored background, continue to add more colors.
For smaller stripes, add a small dot of reinker.
For wider stripes, add longer stripes of reinker.
Line the inked fold up with the edge of the glossy cardstock.
Wipe the inked baby wipe over the glossy cardstock to create striped background.
Add more color, linking up the inked wipe with the existing stripes to intensify and even out the colors.
Continue to add color as needed.
Apply ink to stamp and stamp directly over the background.
Finish your card.
